The
Approval Process
After
the pre-approval has been finalized the rate will be locked for
120 days. Follow these simple steps to ensure a smooth purchase
of property.
1)
Work with a buyer's agent to select a property and make an offer
to purchase.
2)
When you have an accepted offer, send us the Purchase and Sale agreement
for processing.
3)
We will obtain final approval. (CMHC where applicable)
4)
All necessary supporting documents regarding employment, down payment
verification are processed.
5)
Formal approval will be available for signing.
6)
Financing subjects can be removed.
7)
Meet with us to review terms and closing procedures.
8)
Prior to closing, set appointment with lawyers to sign closing documents.
9)
Meet with realtor to arrange possession.
